Basing on introduced the definition and main idea of equipment state monitoring fault diagnosis technology, two systems structure of equipment state monitoring fault diagnosis technology were elaborated. The application of equipment state monitoring fault diagnosis technology in enterprises was introduced based on practical application. The importance of spreading the application was emphasized and it showed the necessity and feasibility of online monitoring equipment state and fault diagnosis technology.
