摘要 城市水底隧道地势比较低,易出现雨水倒灌的现象,造成严重的雨洪灾害,精准的监测预警能有效解决雨洪灾害对隧道的影响。以武汉长江隧道为研究对象,利用InfoWorks ICM模型,结合物联网技术在排水管网监测领域中的应用,建立了隧道雨洪监测预警系统。根据隧道中监测点的液位不同情况,将雨洪灾害划分为一般灾害、较重灾害和严重灾害3个不同等级,针对不同等级的灾害情况,该系统可实现对应的3级灾害预警,并根据不同等级的预警提出相应的响应行动,提高了隧道抵御雨洪灾害的能力。 Due to the low elevation of urban underwater tunnel, the rainstorm waterlog would be apt to happen there and the serious damage might be caused. As a result, precise monitoring and early warning system might prevent the damage caused by rainstorm on tunnel. Based on the expe- riences of the application of internet of things in drainage network monitoring field, this paper used InfoWorks ICM model to bulid a tunnel rainstorm monitoring and early warning system for the Yangtze tunnel in Wuhan. According to the various water levels of monitoring points in tunnel, this paper classified the rainstorm disasters into three grades including ordinary disaster, relatively serious disaster and serious disaster; a three-grade disaster early warning system and corresponding measures were built in line with corresponding three-grade disaster system. The whole system might improve the ability of tunnel against rainstorm disaster.
