摘要
为实现地下隧道管片接头转角变化的远程监测,提出了一种基于物联网平台的电位式位移感知装置设计。通过空间几何关系将位移变化量由角度关系转化为电信号输出,由电位器连接两根导杆以一定角度固定在管片两侧。基于Arduino平台和ESP8266无线技术,设计出一种可实现线上数据分析的系统,给出了硬件搭建和程序设计,通过贝壳物联实现远程监测,并将实时数据发送给用户,验证了该测试的可行性。结果表明,该设计方案可以实时监测隧道管片接头转角。
In order to realize the remote monitoring of the angle change of the segment joints of underground tunnels,a design of a potential displacement sensing device based on the Internet of Things platform is proposed.Transform the displacement change from the angle relationship into electrical signal output through spatial geometric relationship,and the potentiometer is connected to two guide rods and fixed on both sides of the tube at a certain angle.Based on Arduino platform and ESP8266 wireless technology,a system that can realize online data analysis is designed,the hardware construction and programming design are given,realized remote monitoring through Shell Internet of Things(IoT),and sent real-time data to the user,verified the feasibility of the test.The results show that this design scheme can monitor the corners of tunnel segment joints in real time.
