基于量纲分析的太阳能空气隙膜蒸馏实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究太阳能空气隙膜蒸馏系统膜通量的变化规律,对膜通量的各影响因素进行无量纲化分析。实验中从膜结构、实验操作条件与热工质的流体特性3个方面来考虑模型的建立,根据π定理的因次一致性建立太阳能膜蒸馏过程中膜通量的无量纲预测模型,并利用SPSS软件对实验数据进行求解与验证。结果表明:膜通量预测模型的决定系数R^2值为0.96,标准误差t为0.06,模型精度较高。 The variation rule of membrane flux of solar air-gap membrane distillation was studied, the influence factors of membrane flux were analyzed without dimension. The membrane structure, the experiment operating condition and the fluid characteristics of hot working medium were considered for establishing the model in experiment. The dimensionless prediction model of membrane flux in solar membrane distillation was established according to the dimensional consistency of π theorem, and SPSS software was used to solve and verify experimental data. The results show that the determination coefficient R^2 of prediction model of membrane flux is 0.96, the standard error t is 0.06, and the accuracy of model is higher.
