摘要
采用共沉淀法合成CoMgAl-LDHs,并用XRD与IR表征其结构.测试了CoMgAl-LDHs的焙烧产物(CoMgAl-LDO)在模拟与实际含Cr(VI)废水中的吸附性能,并对影响其吸附性能的各因素(pH值、温度、吸附时间、初始浓度)进行探讨.研究结果表明,吸附的最佳实验条件为pH=6,温度为40℃,初始浓度为100 mg/L,吸附时间为60 min.在最佳实验条件下,CoMgAl-LDO对实际制革废水中Cr(VI)的饱和吸附量达15.7 mg/g,废水中残留Cr(VI)浓度为0.2 mg/L,低于工业废水排放的国家标准(0.5 mg/L).
The Co-Mg-Al hydrotalcite was synthesized by coprecipitation method and characterized by XRD and IR. The adsorption Cr(VI) on CoMgAl-LDO from the synthetic and real waste water has been tested. The influence of the solution pH value, temperature, adsorption time and initial chromium concentration has been investigated. The results indicated that the best adsorption condition is as follows: pH value 6, temperature 40 ℃, initial chromium concentration 100 mg/L and adsorption time 60 min. Under this condition, the adsorption capacity of CoMgAl-LDO for the real waste water reached 15.7 mg/g. After the treatment the chromium concentration of the waster water is 0.2 mg/L, which was below the national standard of industrial waste water containing Cr(VI) (0.5 mg/L).
