摘要
探讨大黄酸灌胃复制慢传输型便秘动物模型的可行性,采用大黄酸粉悬浊液进行递增灌胃,观察大便性状、首粒排便时间和碳末推进试验,判断模型的复制情况及实验动物死亡率。结果显示,与对照组动物比较,实验组动物首粒黑便排出时间明显延长(P〈0.05),碳末推进试验缩短(P〈0.05),雄鼠死亡率50%,存活的模型成功率100%;雌鼠模型成功率60%,死亡率17%。大鼠总存活率68%,总模型的成功率为47%。结果表明,大黄酸灌胃可用于制作慢传输型便秘动物模型,但是存在性别差异,影响造模成功率。
This study was to explore the feasibility on rhein lavage stomach duplicated slow transit constipation animal model; adopted suspension of rhein to conduct increasing lavage stomach,observed the defecation characters, first grain of defecation time and carbon particle propellent test;judged duplicated status of model and experimental animal mortality. As results, compared with the animals in control group, the first grain black stool discharging time and carbon particle propellent test of the animals in test group were obviously longer ( P 〈0.05) and shorter ( P〈0.05) respectively. And in test group,the mortality of male rates was 50% and the successful rate of survival model was 100% ,among them,the successful rate of female rats model was 60%, the mortality rate was 17%.The total survival rate of rats was 68%,the total successful rate of model was 47%. In conclusion, rhein lavage stomach can be used to make the slow transit constipation animal model, but have the sex difference, influence the successful rate of establishing model.
