摘要
目的:观察针灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗风痰瘀阻型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年6月—2015年12月南充市中心医院神经内科与中西医结合科收治的风痰瘀阻型脑梗死患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为80.0%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血液流变学指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗风痰瘀阻型脑梗死疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Acupuncture Combined with Pinellia, Atractylodes Macrocephala and Gastrodia Decoction on cerebral infarction due to wind phlegm stagnation. Methods ：Totally 80 patients with cerebral infaretion due to wind phlegm stagnation treated in the Neurology Department and Integrative Chinese and western medicine department in this hospital between June,2013 and December,2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 eases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while observation group were additionally given treatment of Pinellia,Atractylodes Macroeephala and Gastrodia Decoction. Results：The effective rate was 92.5% in observation group,better than that of 80.0% in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of neurologic impairment in observation group was better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of the indicator of hemorheology in observation group was better Ihan that in control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture Combined with Pinellia, Atractylodes Macrocepbala and Gastrodia Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on cerebral infarction due to wind phlegm stagnation.
