摘要
陈宪民主任中医师根据角膜生理特点,引入卫气营血辨证,巧用清散补泻诸法,兼顾保护瞳神和早期退翳,临床诊治角膜炎疗效显著。陈宪民认为角膜的生理特点少气少血,治宜清补兼施。该病初起风热袭目,宜清宜散;湿热为患,宜分清卫气,标本同治;大热大实,治宜攻补兼施;角膜云翳治宜调整脏腑,明目退翳;治疗时应明辨病机,顾护瞳神。
Based on the physiological characteristics of cornea, Chief physical Chen Xianmin treats keratitis with remarkable therapeutic effects by conducting syndrome differentiation based on defensive phase, qi phase,nutritive phase and blood phase, skillfully applying clearing,dispersing and reducing methods,giving simultaneous consideration of protecting pupil and removing nebula at early stage. Chen holds that the cornea is characterized by deficient qi and deficient blood and should be performed clearing and tonifying simultaneously. In the early stage,wind heat attacks the eyes and clearing and dispersing methods should be applied;for the pathogen of damp heat,defensive phase and qi phase should be distinguished and simaltaneous treatment of the principal of the secondary should be performed ;for exuberant heat and excess, simultaneous tonifying aud purging methods should be conducted;for nebula of the cornea,regulating the viscera,improving eyesight and remove nebula should be conducted. During the treatment,pathogenesis should be identified and pupil should be protected.
