摘要
目的探讨和分析精细化管理用于单瓣膜心脏手术护理中的效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月期间在该院接受临床单瓣膜心脏手术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组有30例患者,对照组患者进行常规护理,对研究组患者进行精细化管理,分析两组患者的效果。结果研究组患者的手术成功率(100%)与对照组患者(86.67%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的血栓栓塞、心律失常、低心排血量综合征等术后并发症总发生率(3.33%)与对照组患者(13.33%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的护理满意度(96.67%)与对照组患者(86.67%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在单瓣膜心脏手术护理中实施精细化管理的效果较好。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of refined managem ent in the nursing of single valve heart surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients with single valve heart surgery in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected asthe research objects and random ly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the routinenursing, while the research group adopted the refined managem ent, and the effect of the two groups was analyzed. ResultsThe difference in the operative success rate betw een the research group and the control group was obvious by com parison,（100% vs 86.67% ）, P〈0.05, and the difference in the total incidence rate of postoperative com plications of throm bem bolia,arrhythm ia and low cardiac output syndrome betw een the research group and the control group was obvious by com parison,（3.33% vs 13.33% ）, P〈0.05, and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree betw een the research group and the controlgroup was obvious by com parison （96.67% vs 86.67% ）, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of refined managem ent in thenursing of single valve heart surgery is better.
