康复训练楼梯法对低肺功能肺癌患者手术耐受性的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探究术前短期中高等强度下肢运动训练(康复训练楼梯法)对低肺功能肺癌患者肺切除手术耐受性的影响。方法:将68例低肺功能肺癌患者,分为对照组及干预组各34例。对照组患者给予常规吸氧、雾化等,运动干预组患者在给予术前常规护理基础上采用康复训练楼梯法进行肺康复训练。结果:两组患者经7天护理后,FVC、FEV1、MVV%、DLCO等肺功能指标均得到改善(P<0.05)。干预组患者肺不张、心律失常发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组肺部感染发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :术前对低肺功能肺癌患者采用康复训练楼梯法进行康复训练,可有效地改善肺功能,减少术后并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate the effects of preoperatively short-term and moderate-high intensity lower extremity exercise training (rehabilitation training stairs exercise) on surgery tolerance in lung cancer patients with impaired pulmonary function. Methods: 68 cases of lung cancer patients with impaired pulmonary function were divided into control group (n=34) and test group (n=34). Patients in control group were treated with routine guidance, including oxygen inhalation and nebulization, while patients of test group were treated with pulmonary rehabilitation by means of rehabilitation training stairs exercise. Results: The resting pulmonary function parameters (including FVC, FEV1, MW% and DLCO) in two groups were significantly improved after 7 days treatment (P〈0.05). Moreover, the incidence of pulmonary atelectasis and arrhythmia in test group were lower than control group significantly (P〈0.05), while there was no statistical difference between the two groups regarding pulmonary infections (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Preoperative pulmonary rehabilitation exercise by rehabilitation training stairs is a feasible and effective intervention to improve pulmonary function and to avoid the postoperative complications.
