摘要
目的针对输血检验流程优化对降低检验差错事故的效果展开分析。方法本研究选取120例输血患者,随机分成应用常规输血检验的对照组(60例),以及应用优化输血检验流程的研究组(60例),比较两组检验差错事故发生情况。结果通过实施不同方式的输血检验流程以后,研究组患者出现输血性疾病1例(1.67%)、输血反应1例(1.67%)、医患矛盾1例(1.67%),不良事故发生率为5.01%;对照组患者出现输血性疾病5例(8.33%)、输血反应6例(10.00%)、医患矛盾9例(15.00%),不良事故发生率为33.33%,经比较研究组均少于对照组(χ2=10.62,P<0.05)。结论实施优化输血检验流程的举措,能够有效减少不必要的差错事故,确保患者的安全,并促进护患关系的和谐。
Objective To analyze the effect of blood transfusion test procedure optimization on reducing the error of inspection. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with blood transfusion were randomly divided into the control group（60 cases）and the study group（60 cases）. The incidence of error was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of hemophagocytic disease and hemolysis were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group（P 〈0.05）,and the incidence of medical disputes in the reference group was significantly higher than that in the study group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the optimized blood transfusion testing procedure can effectively reduce unnecessary accidents,ensure the safety of patients and promote the harmony of nurse-patient relationship.
