摘要
目的探讨输血检验流程的质量控制效果。方法选取我院60例需要输血的患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组使用常规的输血检验流程进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加强输血检验的质量控制,观察比较两组患者的输血反应率和医患纠纷率。结果观察组患者没有出现输血反应,对照组2例有输血反应(6.7%),两组对比差异较大(P<0.05),观察组的医患纠纷率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的20%(P<0.05)。结论加强输血检验流程的质量控制,可以提高患者的输血疗效,降低输血反应率和医患纠纷,保障患者的输血安全性,值得临床的广泛应用。
Objective To study the blood transfusion inspection process quality control effect. Methods 60 patients with needed a blood transfusion patients, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group and the control group using conventional transfusion inspection process treatment, observation group on the basis of strengthen the quality control of transfusion inspection, compare two groups of patients＇ blood transfusion reaction rate and the rate of medical disputes. Results Observation group of patients did not appear blood transfusion reaction, control group 2 cases of transfusion reaction（6.7%）, two groups of contrast differences（P〈0.05）, a group of doctor-patient dispute at a rate of 3.33%, significantly lower than the control group 20%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the inspection process quality control, blood transfusion can increase the blood transfusion in patients with curative effect, reduce the blood transfusion reaction rate and the medical disputes, safeguard the patient＇s blood transfusion safety, worthy of clinical widely used.
