摘要
目的对比分析人工股骨头置换术(AFHR)与全髋关节置换术(THR)用于老年股骨颈骨折(FNF)的疗效差异。方法 75例FNF患者,按照治疗方式差异,分为观察组40例,行THR治疗,对照组35例,行AFHR术治疗。结果观察组总优良率高于对照组,且并发症发生率和住院时间均优于对照组,但手术时间和术中出血量差于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AFHR和THR治疗FNF,均取得较高的临床治疗效果,手术情况均有利弊。
Objective To compare the effects of artificial femoral head replacement（AFHR）and total hip arthroplasty（THR）in the treatment of femoral neck fracture（FNF）in the elderly. Methods 75 cases of FNF patients,according to the treatment methods were divided into observation group of 40 cases,THR treatment,35 cases in the control group,AFHR treatment. Results The total rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of complications and hospitalization time were better than the control group,but the operation time and the amount of bleeding in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion AFHR and THR treatment of FNF,both achieved a high clinical treatment effect,the operation has advantages and disadvantages.
