摘要
目的探讨护理配合在人工股骨头置换术中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年3月于我院行人工股骨头置换术的患者100例,根据护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用护理配合,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度为96.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P <0.05)。观察组开始床上活动时间、开始下床活动时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对行人工股骨头置换术的患者采用护理配合,可明显提高患者的护理满意度,促进其肢体功能快速恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing cooperation in artificial femoral head replacement. Methods 100 cases of patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing cooperation on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group(P <0.05). The start time of on-bed activity and out-of-bed activity, and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing cooperation in patients with artificial femoral head replacement can significantly improve patients’ nursing satisfaction degree and promote the rapid recovery of limb function, which is worthy of promotion and application.
