摘要
为了改善某合金厂生产的4J43定膨胀合金质量,我们进行了电渣重熔工艺改进。结果表明:电渣重熔改进后,产品组织致密、成分均匀并且表面光洁;化学成分分析显示稳定的ESR过程能使C、S、O、N含量降低一半以上,可见电渣重熔有较好的除气效果;电子探针分析显示夹杂物以球状小颗粒分布,与电渣重熔工艺改进前相比,夹杂物数量降低,尺寸减小。
In order to improve quality of 4J43 alloy produced by an alloy plant.The results showed that products have compact microstructure,smooth surface and uniform composition after ESR process improvement.Chemical composition analysis showed that the stability of the ESR process make C,S,O,N contents decreased more than half.so that it is a good method to decrease gas content.It is showed that inclusions' number and size decreased,and the distribution is small spherical particles by EPMA analysis.
