摘要
为了改善某合金厂生产的Fe-Ni定膨胀合金质量,对合金成分进行了改进,加入少量稀土。对改进后的试样进行了化学成分分析和显微组织形貌分析。化学成分分析显示加入混合稀土镧镨铈后能使C、S、O含量比水平连铸样品降低一半以上,S、O含量和电渣重熔后效果相当,因此加入混合稀土镧镨铈有很好的除S、O效果。EPMA分析显示夹杂物数量降低,尺寸减小,并以小颗粒球状分布。
In order to improve the quality of Fe-Ni expansion alloy produced by an alloy plant, we have made the improvement of alloy composition to join a few rare earth to alloy. We made chemical composition analysis and microstructure appearance analysis to improved samples.
