摘要
以沈阳农业大学食品专业为例,探讨参与学校自设的专业评估及省高校教学评估工作的经验和体会。通过评估结果明确与其他学校的差距,据此提出相应的专业建设方案,为全面提高学校的教学水平提供参考。
Taken major of food science in Shenyang Agricultural University as the example, this paper discussed the experiences and understandings of participating the assessment of the majors established by the school itself and the teaching assessment in colleges and universities in our province. The gap with other universities can be seen clearly by the assessment results, hereby major construction programs was put forward accordingly, reference was provided for all-round improving the teaching level in universities.
