摘要
目的通过在小鼠右鼠尾静脉留置静脉留置针建立稳定的机械性静脉(mechanical phlebitis)模型。方法将80只健康成年KM小鼠随机分为4组,每组20只,取其右鼠尾静脉留置静脉留置针。每组1次/d等体积注射生理盐水并正压封管。分别于第1、3、5、7d处死小鼠,留取标本。结果随留置时间的增加,静脉炎发生率也逐渐升高。5d后炎症反应就有统计学差异(X2=59.426,P<0.01)。结论本实验成功建立了机械性静脉炎小鼠模型。
Objective To establish a stable model mechanical phlebitis model by using venous indwelling needle at right tail vein in micenethods 80 healthy adult KM mice were randomly divided into four groups, each group of 20. Right tail vein of each one were taken to cannula with venous indwelling needle. Mice in each group received the same volume infusion of normal saline once a day. Pathological samples were maken immediately after the death of mice on the 1 st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th day of transfusion. Results With the extended of the indwelling time, the incidence of phlebitis was also gradually increased. The difference of inflammation of statistic significance is shown after 5 days (χ^2 = 59. 426, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The mechanical phlebitis model in mice has been established successfully.
