摘要
为了更好地应对工程施工项目进度管理过程中复杂多变的风险,文章站在施工方的角度借助于层次分析法构建了层次分析模型,将正在实施的某高校教学楼中可能存在的风险因素程度进行量化,然后利用灰色评价法确定风险的等级,最后制定一系列风险防范措施来应对风险的影响。研究表明利用AHP-GRA的方法对工程施工项目进度风险管理研究可以有效地控制工程施工过程中的进度风险,同时很好的避免了管理者的盲目决策,提高了工程项目效率。
In order to better cope with the complex management risk in the process of engineering construction project progress, this paper constructs the analytic hierarchy model by means of analytic hierarchy process to quantify the risk factors that may exist in the teaching building of a university. Then, it uses grey evaluation method to determine the risk level and constitutes a series of risk prevention measures to deal with the impact of risk. Study shows that the research of schedule risk management of engineering construction project by using the method of AHP-GRA can effectively control the project schedule risk in the process of construction, better avoid the managers of blind decision and improve the efficiency of the engineering project.
