摘要
为了解及分析各检测机构对于LED照明产品光生物安全性的检测水平,国家光电产品光辐射安全质量监督检验中心组织了15家实验室参加LED照明产品的灯的危险等级、亮度值和视网膜蓝光危害值比对试验。本文参照能力验证的统计和评价方法处理比对结果数据,其中用到了事先约定方法和Z比分数判定法对各项比对参数进行评价。统计结果表明,各比对实验室灯的危险等级判定基本一致,但亮度值和视网膜蓝光危害值稳健CV值偏大,且存在问题结果和离群结果。各检测机构和仪器厂家应加强交流与合作,进一步提高光生物安全性检测水平。
In order to understand and analysis testing institution's detection capability of LED lamps 'photobiological safty, National Testing Center for Optical Radiation Safety of Photoelectric Products( Guangdong) organized 15 laboratories participate LED lighting product's risk rating,luminance and retinal blue-ray damage value comparison test. In this article,the statistical and evaluation method of the capability verification is used to deal with the data,in which uses the prior agreement method and the Z ratio score method to evaluate the comparison parameters. Statistical results show that,the laboratories have almost the same result in risk rating,but the luminance and retinal blue-ray damage value's CV values are too large,and have the problem and outlier results. The detection institutions and manufacturers should enhance more communication and cooperation,to improve the level of light and biological safety testing.
