摘要
目的:分析乳化白内障吸除术后黄斑中央凹厚度变化,研究引起黄斑水肿和黄斑中央厚度上升的因素与术后其厚度上升对视觉的影响。方法:选择某院行超声乳化白内障吸除术的患者90例为研究对象,依照炎症发生反应和是否存在PVD进行分组,术后使用OCT检查,分析炎症和PVD对黄斑中央厚度的影响。结果:炎症组在术后7d与1个月内的黄斑中央凹厚度明显上升,P<0.05;手术后3个月和术前相比较,无统计学意义存在,P>0.05;轻炎症组术后各个时间段和术前相比不存在统计学差异。和对照组相比,PVD组在术后各个时间段内和术前黄斑中央凹厚度无统计学意义存在,P>0.05;所有患者的术后7d、1个月、3个月黄斑中央凹厚度和矫正视力相关系数存在差异性,呈负相关。结论:超声乳化吸出术安全性较强,不引起黄斑中央厚度上升,不会明显增加剥离前体牵引力量,中央厚度增加可能会对视力造成影响。
Objective: To analyze emulsification cataract gettering postoperative macuiar fovea thickness change, and research on the factors of rise in central macular thickness and macular edema and visual influ- ence 9f its increased thickness. Methods: 90 cases treated with ultrasonic emulsification cataract surgery were taken as the research object, according to the inflammation reaction and the existence of PVD grouping, postoperative use of OCT examination, then the effect of inflammation and PVD for macular thickness of the cehtral was analyzed. Results: 7 d and I months after surgery, macular fovea thickness of the inflammation group increased significantly(P〈:0.05). Effect of 3 months after surgery and that of preoperative showed no statistical significance (P 〉0.05) ; light postoperative inflammation group showed no statistical difference compared with the preoperative situation. Compared with control group, PVD after surgery and preoperative macular fovea thickness showed no statistical significance (P 〉0.05). Postoperative 7d, a month, three months, correlation between macular fovea thickness and vision correction of different groups showed differ- ence, a negative correlation. Conclusion: Phacoemulsification security is stronger, doesn't cause macular thickness of the central rise, which does not significantly increase stripping precursor of traction power. The central thickness increase may have an effect to eyesight.
