摘要
针对"工业4.0"和"互联网+"对智能电网和智能低压断路器提出的新要求,提出了一种基于蓝牙通信技术的断路器智能控制器设计方法。以ARM单片机为核心构成测控系统,利用蓝牙技术构成通信链路,实现断路器和外界的数据交互,使得断路器能够快速接入各种测控平台和物联网,实现断路器的远程控制和"四遥功能"。产品经现场运用表明,设计合理、通信稳定可靠、控制精准,有良好的市场前景。
According to the new requirements of industry 4.0 and Internet plus to smart grid and intelligent circuit breakers,this paper presented a design method of intelligent circuit breakers controller based on Bluetooth technology. The ARM microcontroller is the most important part of control system. The communication system uses Bluetooth technology to realize data exchange between circuit breakers and the outside equipments so that the circuit breakers can quick access to a great deal measurement and control system. The product by the practical application shows that the design is reasonable, communication is stable and reliable, control is precise, The intelligent circuit breakers controller has a good market prospects.
