摘要
食管癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,在我国食管癌的发病率和病死率均居世界之首。早期食管癌首选手术治疗,放化疗也是食管癌的重要治疗手段,但选择放化疗治疗要面临着放化疗耐受性差、副反应大、生活质量下降等问题。对此,以中医整体观念进行辨证施治,可以收到良好的疗效,并能与西医形成优势互补,起到减毒增效、抑制肿瘤复发与转移、减少手术和化放疗并发症、延长生存期、提高生活质量的作用。该文从中医对食管癌病因病机认识、辨证论治和当前中医治疗联合现代医学治疗食管癌现状进行综述。
Esophageal cancer is one of the most common digestive tract malignant tumors,the incidence and mortality of which in our country are among the top of the world. Preferred esophageal surgery,radiation and chemotherapy are also important treatment methods,while chemotherapy faces intolerance,lower quality of life etc. However,with the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine to evidence-based medicine,could receive a good curative effect,and can form a complementary advantages,inhibit tumor recurrence and metastasis,reduce the complications and prolong the survival period,improving quality of life. Based on the understanding of esophageal cancer etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,therapeutic principle,the cure and current status of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,combined modern medicine in the treatment of esophageal cancer were reviewed.
