摘要
"十三五"期间,北京市人口疏解任务巨大。在此背景下,北京市必须调整职业教育发展策略,助力人口调控目标的实现。本文基于北京市人口发展趋势及疏解任务,分析了北京市职业教育发展及供需情况,提出了应进一步明确职业教育转型发展对疏解人口的重大意义,精心制定职业教育机构外迁的激励政策,强力推进职业教育疏解人口的具体措施,积极促进京津冀职业教育一体化发展进程,加快构建京津冀区域统一的现代职业教育体系的发展策略。
It is a very difficult task on population distributing in Beijing City in the 13 th Five-Year Plan period. In this context,in order to realize the goal of population regulation,Beijing must adjust vocational education development strategy. Based on the demand of population organization of Beijing and the distributing task,the supply and demand situation in Beijing should be analyzed,the significance of transformation of vocational education development at population distributing should be clear,vocational education institutions of out-migration incentives should be crafted,incentive policies for vocational education institutions relocation should be elaborately formulated,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration of vocational education development should be vigorously promoted,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional unified modern vocational education system should be established as soon as possible.
