北京市中等职业教育教学改革回顾与展望——基于2017年北京市职业教育教学成果奖数据的分析 被引量:1

摘要 北京市中等职业教育通过内涵发展寻求突破,各项教育教学改革取得一定成效。2017年获奖教学成果反映了当前中等职业教育教学改革现状、重点和方向。基于获奖项目相关数据的梳理分析,全面呈现北京中等职业教育教学改革现状:中等职业教育改革发展与区域经济发展及城市功能定位有效呼应,中等职业教育深化教学改革促进内涵发展的成就得到全面反映,现代职业教育体系建设在中职教育层面创新实践得到一定呈现。未来发展中,北京市要加快现代职业教育体系建设,创新发展彰显首都特色和国际一流;突破中等职业教育发展瓶颈,持续推进中等职业教育内涵式发展;深化中等职业教育产教融合,贯穿教育教学改革和人才培养全过程;优化中等职业学校专业布局,服务京津冀协同发展背景下产业升级发展。 Through the connotation development in Beijing secondary vocational education, the certain achievements have been made in the educational and teaching reform. The award-winning teaching achievements in 2017 reflect the current situation, focus and direction of educational and teaching reform in secondary vocational education. Based on carding analysis of related data of winning projects, the situation of teaching reform of Beijing secondary vocational education has been presented comprehensively: The reform and development of secondary vocational education works in concert with the regional economic development and the urban function positioning effectively, the achievement of secondary vocational education to deep teaching reform and promote connotation development has been reflected, and the construction of modern vocational education system has been reflected in the innovative practice of secondary vocational education in a certain. In the future development, it is necessary for Beijing to accelerate the construction of modern vocational education system and make innovative development to highlight the characteristics of the capital and the international first-class;break through the development bottleneck of secondary vocational education and continuously promote the implicit development of secondary vocational education;deepen the integration of industry and education in secondary vocational education and run through the whole process of teaching reform and talent training;optimize the specialty layout of secondary vocational schools and serve industrial upgrading and development in the context of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
