摘要
介绍了粉末压片法制样、X射线荧光光谱法测定氧化铕富集物中10种稀土元素含量的分析方法。以D Jongh数学模式对谱线干扰和基体效应进行校正,得到满意的工作曲线。方法的回收率为94.87%~106.12%,相对标准偏差为(n=10)0.066%~4.542%,该方法简便快速、结果准确,能满足日常分析工作的要求。
This article describes the compacted powder sample legal,analytical methods europium oxide concentrate for 10 rare earth elements content-X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Using the D Jongh mathematical models of spectral interference and matrix effects correction,it achieves satisfactory working curve. Recoveries of this method were 94. 87% ~ 106. 12%,the relative standard deviation( n = 10) 0. 066% ~ 4. 542%,the method is simple,rapid,accurate,and is able to meet the requirements of routine analytical work.
