摘要
消失模铸造相比于传统的铸造工艺,有着环保,高效,生产成本低等一系列优势。消失模铸造振动台是消失模铸造中的关键设备振动台是消失模铸造的关键设备之一,振动台的好坏直接关系到振动紧实率的高低,并会直接影响到铸件的质量好坏。本文介绍了消失模铸造振动台的国内发展现状以及一些较为先进的国外消失模铸造振动台的振动紧实原理,并对我国消失模铸造振动台的发展前景以及发展方向进行了展望。
Compared with the traditional casting process, EPC has many advantages, such as environmental protection, high efficiency and low production cost. Vibration table is the key equipment in EPC. The quality of vibration table is directly related to the vibration compaction rate, and will directly affect the quality of castings. In this paper, the domestic and foreign development status of EPC vibration table and the vibration compacting principle of some advanced EPC vibration table are introduced, and the development prospect and development direction of the EPC vibration table in China are prospected.
