摘要
本文讨论了干砂粒度、模型孔尺寸的大小、模型埋入砂层的深浅和模型孔放置的角度等因素对干砂充填能力的影响,并对其原因进行了分析,为消失模干砂造型的操作工艺提供了根据。
In this paper the influence of the dry sand grain size, size of the pattern hole, depth of the sand in which pattern embedded and direction of the pattern hole on dry sand filling ability in the Lost Foam Process were discussed. The study results were also analysed. All this can provide ground for the operiting technology in the Lost Foam Process.
