摘要
为解决我国卫星星载健康状态监测中存在用户需求不统一、软件代码复用率低和监视规则修改不灵活等问题,文章研究了遥测遥控包应用标准(PUS)中相关的星载监视业务、事件报告业务和事件动作业务,分析了其间的关联关系,并基于PUS标准设计了一套在轨实时状态监测系统。该系统利用实时的遥测数据和星上状态监视规则完成卫星健康监测,具有较强的灵活性和通用性,并已在某原理样机中得到实现。此系统可为后续型号星载健康管理功能设计与实现提供参考。
To solve the problems in traditional way of spacecraft health state monitoring, such as users ' diverse requirement, low software reuse rate and inflexible modification of monitoring rule, this paper researches the services correlated to onboard health monitoring in packet utilization standard(PUS), including on-board monitoring service, event reporting service and event-action service. Based on the researches,a satellite state monitoring system is designed. The system utili- zes real-time telemetry data and the satellite state monitoring rules to judge the health state of the on-orbit spacecraft. The system has strong flexibility and universality; it has been applied in a prototype avionics computer and can give reference for future satellite to design and implement the function of health management.
