摘要
对经过约30年在轨验证的欧洲空间标准化合作组织(ECSS)的包应用标准(PUS)作了系统性的阐述,研究了PUS在地面用户和在轨运行航天器的交互支持和操作控制方面的应用,包括PUS标准化的使用范围和应用规范等。对比和分析了空间数据系统咨询委员会(CCSDS)的相关标准,提出了ECSS PUS应用的功能映射关系和网络体系结构,并进一步给出了利用ECSS PUS进行航天器常规任务管理、自主任务管理、自主健康管理等的应用建议,可为国内航天机构引入ECSS PUS运行和管理思路提供参考。
Application standards for cross support and controlling are provided between ground users and spacecraft by the ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization) PUS (packet utilization standard) which is validated through thirty-year orbit verification. The ECSS PUS is introduced systematically including standardized application range and specification, and is com- pared with the related CCSDS (Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems) standards. The application function mapping and network system structure are proposed, and the application advice is also given, such as common mission management, autonomous mission management and autonomous health management, which may provide some references for bringing the ECSS PUS to space institute in China.
