从英国《学习革命》白皮书看乡村英语教师非正式学习与专业发展

摘要 本文在借鉴英国政府《学习革命》白皮书中关于成人非正式学习理论的基础上,论述了非正式学习对教师专业发展的意义,指出乡村英语教师应充分发挥非正式学习的优势不断实现自我专业发展,并从学校和教师个人两个层面探讨非正式学习的具体实施,旨在为乡村英语教师在日常工作状态下的学习和专业发展寻求新的途径。 By referencing on adult informal learning theory put forward by Britain White Book Learning Revolution, this paper discusses the significance of informal learning on teachers' professional development. Aiming at seeking a new approach for rural English teachers' learning in daily work and professional development, the paper firstly suggests that rural English teachers should take advantage of informal learning. Then, it further discusses the implementation of informal learning from both sides of school and teachers.
