摘要
目的 探究脑出血并发肺部感染的原因,及其对应的护理方法。方法 选取我院2013年3月-2014年7月接收的60例脑出血并发肺部感染患者作为研究对象,总结患者出现并发肺部感染的因素,同时探讨对患者进行相应的护理措施。结果 对脑出血并发肺部感染患者进行分析,其原因主要包括患者本身有肺部疾病的历史、胃管留置、发生昏迷、呼吸机辅助呼吸。结论 患者出现脑出血并发肺部感染的原因较多,在护理的过程中需要积极对患者进行观察,发现异常应及时采取有效措施,同时注意,帮助患者改善其临床状况,使其而及时恢复。
Objective To explore the causes of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, its corresponding nursing method. Methods 60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection in our hospital from March 2013 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects, to summarize the factors of pulmonary infection in patients. At the same time, we should explore the nursing measures for the patients.Results Patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with pulmonary infection were analyzed, the main reasons include patients have lung disease history, indwelling gastric tube, coma, ventilator assisted breathing.Conclusionthe patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated by pulmonary infection are many reasons. In the process of nursing, patients need to be treated actively,found abnormal should take effective measures in time, at the same time pay attention to, to help patients improve their clinical status, so that it is timely recovery.
