摘要
目的评估微创经皮钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的可行性及安全性。方法选取我院四肢骨折患者40例,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组予以传统内固定术治疗,观察组予以微创经皮钢板内固定治疗。对比两组治疗的结果。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率及均低于对照组,骨折愈合情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折效果好,并发症少。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation for the treatment of extremity fractures.Methods 40 cases of limbs fracture in our hospital were selected, patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional internal fixation, observation group were treated by minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal ifxation. The results of two groups were compared.Results The operation time, the amount of bleeding, the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, fracture healing was better than that of control group, The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation for the treatment of limb fractures with good results, less complications.
