微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗四肢骨折的并发症及其防治 被引量:21

摘要 目的对比使用传统的切开钢板内固定治疗以及微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗四肢骨折的效果。方法选取本院62例确诊的四肢骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机的原则将患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者使用微创经皮钢板内固定技术方法治疗四肢骨折,对照组患者使用切开复位有限接触加压钢板的方法治疗其四肢骨折,对比两组的住院天数、手术发热时间、住院天数、骨折愈合时间长短等指标。结果对患者的随访时间为1~2年。两组手术时间、骨折愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组住院时间与发热时间都短于对照组,并发症发生率小于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板内固定技术(MIPPO)能够减少四肢骨折损伤以及降低并发症的发生率,是一种高效治疗四肢骨折的方法。 Objective To discuss the effect between the minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) and traditional internal fixation on limbs fracture. Methods Sixty two patients diagnosed with limbs fracture were selected as observation objects in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis was used in the patients of experiment group, whereas the limited contact dynamic compression plate (LC-DCP) was applied in the cases of control group. The inpatient days, surgery heating time and fracture healing time were measured and compared between two groups. Results All the patients had been followed up for 1 to 2 years. The differences of operating time and fracture healing time between the two groups were not statistically significant (P 0.05). The hospital stays and surgery heating time in experiment group were shorter than that in control group, and the rate of complications in experiment group were less than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion MIPPO can reduce the damage of limbs fracture and the occurrence of complications. It is a high performance method of treating limbs fracture.
