摘要
目的探讨微创植入钢板在治疗胫骨平台骨折中的临床效果。方法采用微创植入钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折26例。结果全部病例随访6个月至4年,平均2.1年,均获得骨折愈合。按Merchant标准,优20例,良5例,可1例。结论应用微创植入钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折,创伤小,固定牢靠,可早期功能锻炼,并发症少。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of minimally invasive plate fixation for tibial plateau fractures. Methods Minimally invasive plate fixation was adopted in 30 cases of tibial plateau fractures from January 2001 to June 2004. Results Follow-up for 6 months to 4 years （mean,2.1 years） showed bone union in all the patients. The results of therapy were assessed according to the Merchant criteria as fallows： excellent in 20, good in 5 and fair in 1. Conclusion Minimally invasive plate fixation in the management of tibial plateau fractures has advantages of minimal trauma,reliable fixation, early movemem and fewer complications,being a valuable clinical alternative.
