摘要
文章在分析建立符合高职院校科研管理要求的激励机制必要性的基础上,说明了高职院校科研激励机制建设中的相关原则,并提出了构建高职院校科研管理激励机制的具体措施,以最大限度激发高职院校科研人员的工作潜能,推动高职院校科研水平的不断提升。
Based on an analysis of the necessity of establishing the incentive mechanism meeting the requirements of scientific research management in vocational colleges, this article expounds the principles related to the establishment of the mechanism as well as puts forward the concrete measures, which is expected to give a full play to the potentiality of scientific research personnel and promote the scientific research work in vocational colleges.
