摘要
三十多年来,《保护臭氧层维也纳公约》及《蒙特利尔议定书》如今已得到了全世界197个国家和地区的广泛参与。本文对臭氧层保护重大历史事件进行了回顾,对臭氧层保护取得的成果及面临的挑战进行了分析总结。根据消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)的类别对该类项目的淘汰目标、相关政策机构、管理方法及替代技术进行了阐述,并对未来的ODS控制措施进行了展望。
Latest thirty years, 197 Countries and regions has been joined in ＂The Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer＂ and ＂The Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer＂. This paper reviewed important history events of ozone layer protection, analyzed and concluded the achievements to date and challenges ahead.In addition,this paper discussed the goal of phase-out ODS,relevant policy and institution, management method and alternative technologies according to different ODS.Also look forward to the future control measures of ODS.
