摘要
靶上腔体是靶体上重要的零部件,对靶体的整体精度起着十分重要的作用.根据已给零件图,并针对靶上腔体的工作特点进行设计.考虑到实际生产中,铸件是小批量生产,采取手工造型、制芯.为了降低材料的成本,在砂芯中间设计大芯骨,同时砂型内不重要的地方填充一些未经处理的大自硬砂块等;在铸件的造型过程中,尽可能减少砂芯和活块的使用,简化工艺,降低成本.在铸件的浇注过程中,将铸件倾斜,保证其充型完整;在冒口与冷铁的配合的同时采用保温冒口,并增加了点冒口和加覆盖的环节,这样既可以减小冒口,节省树脂砂,保证零件的质量,还能有效提高零件的工艺出品率;在砂箱倾转之后,放置支撑机构,方便浇注.本设计的优点是在保证铸件完整性的前提下,避免了缩松缩孔的形成,工艺简单,成本低,工艺出品率高,生产周期短效益高.
The target body cavity is an important parts on target and plays a very important role for the o-verall precision of target body.This design was based on the part drawing and the working characteristics of the target chamber.Handmade molding and core making was used in the actual production of castings for the small batch production.In order to reduce the cost of materials, a big core bone was designed in the middle of the sand core and in unimportant parts of the sand mold filling some untreated self-hardening sand mass at the same time, etc.The sand cores and loose pieces should be used as less as possible to simplify the process and reduce the costs in the molding process.Dip casting was used to ensure filling complete.At the same time, the insula-ting riser, chill and cover on the riser were used to reduce the riser, save resin sand, guarantee the quality of parts, and improve parts craft production rate effectively.The advantages of this design are to ensure the integrity of the castings, avoid the formation of shrinkage porosity, simplify the process, reduce the cost and increase the production efficiency.
