摘要
介绍了一种弯管铸件的铸造工艺方法。针对弯管铸件体积大、壁厚较薄,内腔结构复杂的特点,在工艺中采用快浇、分散的浇注系统。为方便内腔芯的制作和安放,在设计中采用对开组合芯,并设计了独特的外延式芯骨。通过对基本工艺的仿真模拟,分析了工艺的可行性,检索容易出现缩松的部位并进行了冷铁的设置,最终确定了一套完整、合理的工艺方案。
A casting process for drain elbow was introduced. Because of its large volume, thin wall thickness and complicated cavity, the drain elbow is cast with quick pouring and dispersed filling gating system. In order to facilitate making and locating the cavity cores, a split core structure was adopted and a particular extending core bar was designed. With simulation method, the feasibility of process was analyzed. The shrinkage location is determined and the chills are provided. Finally, a reasonable process is formed.
