摘要
针对某企业大型水电球阀在实际安装测试中出现的球体端口压溃现象,利用ABAQUS软件对其结构在设计工况要求下进行了应力特性分析,得到了应力分布情况,结果与实际失效情况基本一致,表明分析方法的合理性。同时,根据分析结果以及阀门设计规范提出了两种结构改进方案,并对两种结构进行了应力特性分析,结果表明第二种结构较好地解决了球体端口压溃现象。该分析手段对于同类阀门设计有较好的指导意义。
To solve the serious crushing of the ball valve port in the actual installation in a certain enterprise, stress characteristics analysis is carried out for high pressure hydropower station ball valve based on ABAQUS. The results of numerical simulation is basically in accordance with the actual failure case, the rationality of the numerical analysis method is verified. Two improved structure is put forward according to the results and failure case and the second program turned out to be effective for the valve. This method has reference for the design of this kind of valve.
