大型车铣磨复合机床静压转台油膜热特性分析及其优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 以重型立式磨床静压工作台为研究对象,通过ANSYS Workbench建立油膜-转台这一流固耦合模型,探讨在不同黏度、转速以及入口流量条件下的油膜热特性规律。分析结果表明:封油边出口温升随油液温度降低而逐渐增大;低转速时封油边右侧处有最高温升;在转速为20 r/min时,缝隙处油膜的温度随着流量的增大而增大的,随着入口流量增大油腔压力也逐渐增大。最后再对油垫结构参数进行优化,得出封油边宽度增加会产生更高的油膜温升。研究结果为进一步分析大型车铣磨复合机床运行过程中的热误差控制及结构设计优化提供了参考。 The hydrostatic rotary table for heavy vertical grinder was researched as an object. A fluid-solid coupling model of oil film and rotary table was set up by ANSYS Workbench software to discuss the law of thermal characteristics of oil film under the condition of different viscosity,rotary speed and entrance flux. The analysis results show that the temperature rising of oil seal edge at exit gradually increases with the decreasing of the oil temperature. By the right side of the oil seal edge has the highest temperature rising while in low speed. When the speed is at 20 r / min,temperature of slit oil film,and oil chamber pressure are grown gradually with increasing flux at entry. Then optimized the lubricating pad structure parameter,it is concluded that increasing the oil seal edge width might cause higher temperature rising. The research results provide the theoretical gists of controling thermal errors and construction optimization for large lathe milling and grinder compound machine tool.
