摘要
针对船用智能柴油机燃油喷射试验台的控制要求,采用可编程控制器与组态软件,实现了试验台的自动控制。PLC程序和组态监控界面采用松下FPWIN GR2和组态王6.55编制。现场调试表明,该控制系统硬件运算高速可靠,软件实用合理,为燃油喷射系统的特性研究及国产零部件的性能测试提供了坚实的平台。
Concerning on the control requirements of a fuel injection test bench,programmable logic controller and configuration software are used to realize the goal. The PLC program and the monitoring interface are designed by Panasonic FPWIN GR2 and Kingview 6. 55 respectively. Field debugging results show that the hardware of the control system is reliable and of high computing speed and the software is reasonable and practical. It offers a solid platform for the study on fuel injection system which belongs to a marine intelligent diesel engine and for the performance test of domestic spare parts.
