本文介绍了一种地铁隧道敷设用阻燃耐火光缆,重点介绍了结构设计、材料选用、工艺控制等。该阻燃耐火光缆通过严格的试验测试,结果表明光缆机械环境性能满足设计要求;阻燃性能通过了单根垂直燃烧和成束垂直燃烧C类试验;耐火性能通过了IEC 60332-11/25和BS 6387标准测试;烟密度测试显示发烟量低;腐蚀性测试显示燃烧时释放的腐蚀气体少。
The paper describes a flam e-retardant and fire-resistant optical cable applied in subway tunnel that emphasizes on cable design,material selection and process control. The flam e-retardant and fire-resistant optical cable has passed strict testes and the resultsshowed that the mechanical and environment performance comply design. And it also has passed the test of the fire behavior on asingle cable and the test on bunched cables procedure C for flam e-retardant performance, has passed IEC 60332-11/25 and BS 6387standard for fire-resistant performance. And the cable possess with low -density smoke and low corrosive gas released w hen burning inthe test.
