摘要
制定了测定焦磷酸盐锡一镍合金镀液中氯化镍的新方法。用双氧水将Sn(Ⅱ)离子氧化成Sn(Ⅳ)离子,再以氟化钠掩蔽Sn(Ⅵ)离子。在pH=10的条件下,以紫脲酸铵作指示剂,用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)容量法滴定镍。本法简单、准确,相对平均偏差为0.18%,回收率为99.18%-99.98%,解决了传统方法中Sn(Ⅱ)离子和焦磷酸钾对测定氯化镍的干扰问题。
A novel method for analyzing NiCl2 in a pyrophosphate Sn-Ni alloy plating bath was established. The Sn(II) ions are oxidized to Sn(IV) ions by H2O2, and then the Sn(IV) ions are masked by NaF. Nickel is titrated by EDTA volumetry with murexide as indicator at a pH of 10. The method is easy and accurate, having a relative average deviation of 0.18% and a recovery from 99.18% to 99.98%. The interference of Sn(II) ions and potassium pyrophosphate on the determination of nickel chloride was eliminated.
