摘要
利用铜离子与双环己酮草酰二腙的特效显色反应,制定了测定氯化钾无氰镀镉溶液中铜杂质的分光光度法。在加热和强酸性条件下用过硫酸铵氧化镀液中的配位剂,用甲酸铵还原残留的过硫酸铵,用酒石酸钾钠配合镀液中的镉离子以及铝、铁、镍、锌等杂质,用氨水调节pH至弱碱性,用双环己酮草酰二腙与铜离子反应生成蓝色配合物,以水做参比液,在波长600 nm处测定吸光度。测定结果的相对平均偏差为0.65%,回收率为98.5%~101.2%。
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of copper impurity in a cyanide-free potassium chloride cadmium plating bath was established based on the specific color development reaction of copper ions with bis(cyclohexanone)oxaldihydrazone. The complexing agents in the plating bath is oxidized by ammonium persulfate under heating and strong acidic condition, and the residual ammonium persulfate is subsequently reduced by ammonium formate. Cadmium, aluminum, iron, nickel, zinc and other impurities are coordinated by potassium sodium tartrate. The pH is adjusted to weak alkalinity by ammonia, and then copper ions react with bis(cyclohexanone)oxaldihydrazone forming blue complexes. The absorbance is determined with water as reference solution at a wavelength of 600 nm. The method features a relative average deviation of 0.65% and a recovery ranging from 98.5% to 101.2%.
