摘要
探究血清CA19-9(carbohydrate antigen 19-9)水平与脂代谢异常患病的相关性。
方法
本研究选取2009年于上海市宝山区淞南社区纳入的年龄在40周岁及以上普通社区居民进行调查,共纳入3 711名研究对象,分析CA19-9与血脂代谢相关性,并按照血清CA19-9水平是否升高将研究对象分为2组,比较2组人群间血脂代谢异常的患病情况。
结果
淞南社区40岁及以上普通居民中,脂代谢异常的患病率达37.3%,其中高胆固醇血症患病率为13.3%,高三酰甘油血症患病率为20.9%,低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症患病率为12.4%。血清CA19-9水平与血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平呈正相关(均P〈0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示血清CA19-9水平升高(≥37 U/ml)与脂代谢异常患病风险增加显著相关,与高胆固醇血症患病风险升高独立相关(OR=1.81,95%CI 1.16~2.81)。
结论
本研究发现血清CA19-9水平与血脂代谢密切相关,其水平升高与脂代谢异常患病风险升高相关,且与高胆固醇血症患病风险升高独立相关,具体机制及因果联系尚需进一步探究。
Objective To investigate association between serum CA19-9 ( carbohydrate antigen 19-9) levels and lipid profiles. Methods A total of 3 711 residents aged above 40 years in Songnan community of shanghai Baoshan District were enrolled in our study. Association between serum CA19-9 levels and lipid profiles were analyzed and the participants were divided into two groups according to their serum CA19-9 levels (normal or elevated). Comparisons of prevalence of dyslipidemia were made between these two groups. Results The prevalence of dyslipidemia among all participants was 37.3%, mainly including hypercholesterolemia ( 13.3% ), hypertriglyceridemia (20.9%), and low levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( 12.4% ). Serum CA19-9 level was positively correlated with serum total cholesterol and triglycerides levels (both P 〈 0. 05 ). By using Logistic regression analysis, a significant association was found between increased prevalence of hypercholesterolemia and elevated CA19-9 level ( ≥37 U/ml) ( OR = 1.81,95% CI 1.16-2.81 ). Conclusion Lipid profiles were closely related to serum CA19-9 levels, elevated CA19-9 levels should be carefully interpreted when dealing with patients with dyslipidemia.
