摘要
为了进一步摸索灵芝发酵条件,本试验测定了不同液体培养条件(葡萄糖浓度、培养温度、摇瓶装液量)对灵芝生长的影响.结果表明,液体培养体系中不同葡萄糖浓度随时间的延长对菌丝生长有不同的影响,培养最适温度为28℃,最适摇瓶装液量为150~180 m L(500 m L三角瓶).同时,还测定了摇瓶培养过程中培养基还原糖含量的变化,并通过发酵罐试验研究了灵芝深层发酵过程中p H值和DO值的动态变化和菌丝密度的变化.
To further explore the fermentation conditions of Ganoderma lucidum,the effects of various glucose contents,temperatures and culture volumes were determined during the liquid culture process of Ganoderma lucidum. The results showed that different glucose contents worked differently at different times,and the optimal culture conditions were 28℃ and 150 ~ 180 m L media in 500 m L flask. In addition,the variation of reducing sugar in the liquid culture process was also studied. The dynamic changes of p H,DO and the mycelia densities in the submerge fermentation were also determined.
