摘要
文章通过浙江省主要高校财务管理专业近两年参加省级财会信息化竞赛的实践,发现参赛高校学科竞赛成绩与各高校财管专业实践教学体系建设水平之间存在密切的关联性。二者不仅在教学内容上相互重叠,更在学生能力考核、素质拓展等方面有机融合在一起。因此,将学科竞赛的组织实施融入到财务管理专业实践教学体系的构建中,具有一定的创新性和可行性。由此,文章提出以学科竞赛为支撑,构建财管专业实践教学体系,通过采取财管专业实践教学的主体化、学科竞赛的全员化、体系构建的双体化等举措,实现学科竞赛与实践教学有机融合、互动发展的目标。
This paper systematically analyzed the practices and experiences of the financial informationalization competition of Zhejiang province in recent years, and revealed the positive relationship between the performance of academic competitions and development level of practical education system. There is very tight linkage between the professional academic competitions and practical education system in the areas of educational contents,assessment of students' comprehensive capacity,and extension and improvement of students' quality. So it is feasible and innovative to integrate academic competitions with practical education system. Based on the above understanding,the paper put forward the idea that the university could construct and perfect practical education system with the aid of the professional academic competitions, and by taking practical education system, full participation in interactive mechanism, to realize the innovative education system and academic competitions. the countermeasures, such as the subjectivities of academic competitions and binary system construction in integration and interactive development between practical
