摘要
随着新媒体时代的到来,通信设备、社交网络等现代化技术不断涌现,我国大多数高校图书馆纷纷引入新型技术,采用多种数字参考咨询模式为读者服务。立足于微信媒体平台,通过对部分高校图书馆微信平台应用情况的实际调研,分析了微信技术下数字咨询服务的优势与不足,结合技术特点与用户需求,提出进一步强化微信技术与咨询服务完美对接的建议。
With the advent of the era of new media, communications equipment, social networks and other modere technologies are constantly emerging.Most university libraries in our country are introducing the new technologies, and adopt a variety of digital reference service modes to serve the readers. Based on WeChat media platform, and through the actual investigationon the application of WeChat platform in some university libraries, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the digital reference service based on WeChat technology, and combined with the technical characteristics and users＇ requirements, puts forward a suggestion on further strengthening the perfect linkage between WeChat technology and reference service.
