摘要
目的:观察益智仁挥发油羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合物的制备工艺,并对包合物质量进行研究。方法:以油与HP-β-CD比例、包合温度、包合时间为考察指标,以挥发油利用率、包合物得率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察益智仁挥发油HP-β-CD包合工艺条件;采用紫外光谱、气相色谱-质谱法对包合物进行鉴定。结果:最优包合工艺为益智仁挥发油与HP-β-CD的体积重量比为1∶8(mL/g),包合时间2.0h,包合温度为35℃;挥发油性质在包合前后没有发生变化。结论:该包合工艺稳定,省时节能,适合益智仁挥发油的包合,为益智仁中药制剂的研发提供新的方法。
Objective: To study the preparation technology and Quality Control of Inclusion compound of Alpiniae oxyphylla vola- tile oil of Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD). Methods:The oil-and HP-β-CD, including temperature, time to index, The u- tilization ratio of volatile Oil , and recovery ratio of the inclusion compound were adopted as evaluation index. Orthogonal test was used to study the HP-β-CD inclusion process of volatile oil of Alpiniae oxyphylla. Using UV, gas chromatography-mass spectrome try to identify inclusion compounds. Results:Optimal inclusion process:the percentage of the volatile Oil to HP-β-CD was 1:8 (mL/ g), the inlusion time was 2.0h,and the temperature was 35℃. Essential oil properties before and after the package has not changed. Conclusion:The inclusion process is stable, saves time and energy, and is suitable for the inclusion of volatile oil of Alpinia, and provides a new method for the research and development of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
